You are waiting at the light for it to allow you to move forward.
From the left side of the light, there are those who have the green light. But, just before the light begins
to change from yellow to red for them, two cars are taking the same movement: Tightly one behind the other.
Hmmm....
what this means is that someone is piggybackin' another for a position to be ahead of you.
It is not about you, it is about not being stuck behind legalism if someone else can be used to move forward.
