What would normally take you just a few minutes, has now taken you over half an hour. And, the only thing you have
done, is made it closer to the light.
From all four sides of the divide, is great traffic and it is jammed tight in every direction.
This is congestion at its finest. It wont cough and it wont burp. But, it is up to the eyeballs not moving....
This is gridlock.
The reason the gridlock exists is the same reason why people cannot communicate.
There is very little give and take. And those at the forefront of its stagnation are the movers and the shakers
of its ability to move.
These are those who have the power to cause change.
To let one move ahead, someone has to fall behind. Well, those ahead, don't want any to take the lead, and will
stay still until the other party realizes that they are not letting them do that. Once, this is accomplished, they proceed,
but only as long as the other party realizes that they are the lead.
Now, the other party wants the lead to see that they are not backing down. So, they position themselves to let
the lead know that they need to move forward.
Once the give and take of the communication between these two forerunners are settled, then others may move forward.
But, it is likened unto a chain of command.
Someone must lead, and another must follow.
Unfortunately, those who are following are everyone else trying to get some place in life.
It will take some time for everyone to realize their place in this line of wait.
Once the forerunners have come to a conclusion and made their moves, then can smoothe sailing ahead be acertained.
Those that are following can only hope to get so far.
